Was helped by a Bob. His customer service is impeccable. Needed a diagnosis for my engine light, he was swift, thorough, and incredibly helpful. Bob went above and beyond to doublecheck and make sure he was giving me all the information I needed to forward to my mechanic. Anyone who goes in there should ask for Bob, hes AWESOME.

Came to replace a battery. Representative wouldnt do it because they had a cold and didnt want to bother anyone else. Now I am making two trips instead of one and not getting the offered free testing. Recommend going to another store or autozone
