I this as a gift certificate and am totally embarrassed. I gave it to my dad Who is elderly to get his windshield repaired. I am so disgusted as he called ahead and sat and waited over an hour When he got there.when he got there When he asked how much longer it would be they said that they werent gonna be able to help him that day.
