I filled out info online. I got a confirmation email. The windshield was replaced at my work parking lot. Payless was considerablely lower on price than Safelite.
They suck..the first time I get a call my windshield came in cracked...made an app for days later the windshield was the wrong one...then never heard from them again.. called my insurance company to get another place to come fix it....I would not recommend them.
