Rude people, especially lady at front desk...talks to you like they are doing you a favor. Only went there for price but will shop around next time rather than going there.

Office staff is very rude and disrespectful, huge delays in deliveries. They do not treat their customers with any type of priority. Weve been waiting for months to have a piece of glass installed and weve had zero communication and have to call the office for an update
A week before they can come out and see the window and labor at least before they even see the job.Need to hire a better customer service person to answer the phone. Not helpful at all
These people do what I ask them to in a prompt and competent fashion. I personally feel that their prices are on the high side. but theyre not so high that I would look elsewhere for somebody to do something I dont want to do or cant do. More
